Cut 2 thin beef steaks into strips and marinate in 2tsp dark soy sauce. Cut ½ carrot and ½ courgette into thin strips and stir-fry separately in 1tbsp sesame oil for 3min each. Repeat with 50g bean sprouts. Stir-fry 50g spinach until wilted and remove. Add a little more oil and fry 2 eggs (keep yolks runny) and remove. Fry beef strips quickly on a high heat until browned. Heat a pouch of Merchant Gourmet Korean Flavoured Grains according to pack instructions and divide between two bowls. Top with fried eggs and circle with vegetables and steak. Serve with chopped spring onions, sesame seeds and drizzle with 2tbsp gochujang paste
mixed with 2tsp cider vinegar and 4tsp light soy sauce.
