Heavenly Pulled Pork
• Marinate 1kg pork shoulder in 25g of Red’s Pork Barbecue Rub for 3-4 hours.
• Place in a roasting tray, cover with foil and cook in the oven at 160°C for 2½-3 hours.
• Uncover and sprinkle the remaining 10g of rub and cook for a further ½ hour at 200°C.
• Pull the meat into strips using two forks and smother in Kansas City Barbecue Sauce and serve on a bun with slaw.
